Soudotec 8105 - 8108 - 8112

Always looking for new technology breakthroughs, FSH Welding has put Soudotec 8105 - 8108 - 8112 on the market. It is a flexible cord made of molten tungsten fuse grains, in a nickel bore alloy. Applied by oxy-acetylene torch, this alloy offers exceptional resistance to extreme abrasion.

Made from a direct synthesis of molten tungsten and carbon in electric ovens heated by induction, these flexible cords come in different grain sizes and diameters.
MADUR hardfacing flexible cords can be used in various industries such as steel mills, foundries, aluminum smelters, petroleum and mining industries as well as timber and paper mills.

FSH Welding has recently introduced an exclusive range of protective surface treatment products in aerosol cans (in compliance with the new ozone protection regulations); among them are liquid metals for anti-corrosion treatment and for touch-ups.
(aluminum, zinc-aluminum, zinc-sheen, galvano-spray, stainless steel, chrome, copper and brass).

Our zinc-based products in particular, offer lasting cathodic protection against corrosion in compliance with DIN norm (50976).

The high level of pure zinc in the dry film is obtained through thermal evaporation of the zinc along with condensation which eliminate the mineral salts and other toxic elements.
The deposit from our zinc-aluminum spray has the aspect of heat-galvanized metal. A stainless rust-proof liquid aerosol is yet another uniquely designed product for treating and touching up weldings of stainless steel with ordinary steel assemblies.

It is also highly resistant to most lye solutions, acids and other chemical corrosive agents.

PERMATEC products not only reduce maintenance costs by extending the life of treated parts, they also minimize the downtime of production equipment.

The coatings are easily applied - even on parts that are difficult or impossible to weld. They can be used on large surfaces or on parts which require great precision. (PERMATEC products contain no solvents and are USDA approved).

FSH Welding offers a complete range of surfacing and metallizing powders for wear resistant coatings. is a cold metallizing process; is an extra fine hot spray metallizing process. Because of the precision of these processes, it is possible to achieve thin coatings.

The process is specially designed for cold metal repair; therefore, there are no risks of deforming or changing the structure of the base metal. Alloys normally incompatible can be rebuilt upon themselves using this process.

is a hot spray metallizing powder which allows dense deposits, free of porosity, capable of resisting extreme wear and corrosion. The evenness of the deposit gives a smooth coating and the surface looks flawless; there is usually no need for grinding or machining in most cases.
